At the same time, AD-COMP continues to build equity so there is every indication that another distribution is forthcoming subject to Board direction and approval.  Remember, AD-COMP is wholly owned by its members and governed by a Board of Trustees that is mandated by regulations and by-laws to operate an extremely conservative program with rates developed at the equally conservative 80% confidence level.  At the same time, though, the Board is committed to see that every dollar saved because of AD-COMP’s excellent claims experience is returned to the members as soon as possible.  The record shows they are doing an excellent job and deserve the plaudits of the members.
